I'm a strong supporter of feeding the mind... and reading (or listening to) books is my favorite method to absorb information while taking a time-out to unwind (or cook or hula-hoop...).
However, due to the insane number of information I consume on a daily basis, it's absolutely necessary for me to distill only the most important and useful ideas and lessons from each book I read to prevent information overload. So in an effort to promote one of my favorite addictions while maintaining efficiency, I've compiled a collection of my book summaries.
